We are continuously receiving updates concerning the Coronavirus and are working to ensure we have measures in place to keep our children and staff as safe as we possibly can. We would like to pass on the advice given and to let you know our current contingency plans as a setting.

  • Anyone who has symptoms of coronavirus (feeling tired, difficulty breathing, a high temperature, a cough) or lives with someone else who does should self-isolate at home for 14 days from when their symptoms started. Please inform us that your child will not be attending.

  • If your child or a member of the household are confirmed by a healthcare professional to have a case of Covid-19 please inform us immediately.

  • If you you choose to self-isolate without symptoms please let us as soon as possible.

  • We will continue to restrict those entering Preschool and parents are asked to wait outside at drop off and collection times.

  • We are working with the children to wash their hands regularly and increase hygiene levels.

  • We have purchased a moisturising cream (Aveeno Cream) to use on the children's hands after hand washing to prevent them becoming sore. If you do not want us to use this on your child please contact us.

  • If we reach a situation where we are unable to safely operate without turning some children away, we would try to ensure that parents with frontline jobs would take priority. Would you please contact us if you are a frontline worker so we know your occupation.

Thank you for your support and understanding
